HS3000P

HS3000P product is an 8-bit MCU manufactured by low consumption and high speed CMOS process,It contains a 0.5K*14-bit one-time programmable read-only memory (OTP-ROM),There are 14 configuration bits to satisfy the user's requirements, where a bit can be used to prevent the program from being read. HS3000P provides users with a convenient environment to develop and verify their programs. Conversion can be done with a homemade compiler.

A safe bit (in the code register) protects the program from being read.

40*8bits in-chip registers(SRAM, General register).

Two groups of bidirectional standard I/O ports.

3-Levels for subroutine nested stack.

Energy-saving mode (SLEEP mode).

Each instruction cycle is two clock cycles, 99.9% of instructions are single cycle  instructions.

T-MODE, up to 117 keys can be formed.

M-MODE, up to 49(6*7+7) keys can be formed.

Can be used as universal MCU.

Not indirectly addressable.

Port low level change wake up and power expansion REM high level wake up. 

Optional drive (300mA~500mA).

Save electrolytic capacitor optional.
