Operating temperature range: 0¡æ~80¡æ. Operating frequency range: built-in RC 4MHz¡À2%. Low power consumption: 1uA in sleep mode. 1K*14 bit on-chip ROM. A safe bit (in the code register) protects the program from being read. 32*8bits in-chip registers(SRAM, General register). Two groups of bidirectional standard I/O ports. 3-Level for subroutine nested stack. Energy-saving mode (SLEEP mode).
